The Central Pennsylvania Talent & Innovation Defense Ecosystem (TIDE) is offering a new, no-cost CNC Machine Operator training course to build the skilled workforce for the defense sector. The program aims to train new individuals entering the manufacturing industry and help defense employers upskill their current workforce.
This 230-hour course will run from November 3, 2025, to March 3, 2026. Classes will be held Monday through Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology in Lancaster, PA.
Who Should Participate?
- Individuals seeking a new career.
- Defense manufacturers currently in or considering becoming part of the supply chain.
- Qualified individuals and referrals from employers or partner organizations.
