The Central Pennsylvania Talent & Innovation Defense Ecosystem (TIDE), managed by the Manufacturers’ Association, continues to strengthen the region’s defense manufacturing workforce through training, upskilling, and employer support.
During the recent TIDE webinar, workforce partners learned about NO-COST training opportunities for individuals pursuing careers in defense manufacturing and for employers seeking to upskill their current workforce. The program also supports small and mid-sized manufacturers with Automation Readiness Assessments to help boost production capabilities.
