The Borough of Spring Grove is seeking applicants for the position of Borough Manager. The Manager reports to a seven member Borough Council and Mayor, and is responsible for all Borough operations, seven employees and an $8.1 million budget.

A degree in Business, Public Administration or closely related field is preferred. The candidate will have demonstrable managerial experience in local government or the private sector and possess the combination of education, training, and experience which provides the necessary knowledge, skill, and abilities required for the position. The successful candidate must have outstanding communication skills, success in team building, experience in finance and budgeting, and be innovative.
