Boosted by our software programs' success, C.S. Davidson, Inc. is eager to hire a Customer Support Representative for our Permit Manager platform.  As a Customer Support Representative, you help develop and maintain client relationships and provide daily technical support to our software users.  Your ability to analyze problems and offer quick solutions, along with your friendly, professional demeanor, provides a high level of customer service to our clients.  You understand zoning and municipal permitting practices to train, troubleshoot, and help users interact appropriately with our software.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Municipal Zoning and Permitting experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Patient and personable while providing a positive client experience

Preferred Skills:

  • GIS experience or familiarity with County Tax Mapping records
  • Microsoft Office skills
