Description

Hours: M-T 4:20PM to 2:50AM

Length of assignment: Evaluation hire depending on job performance, attitude, and attendance

Job Specific Role Expectations

  • Program, set-up and operate multiple EDM machines to cut die components and fixtures to print specification.
  • Program, set-up and operate multiple plunge EDM machines to cut die components and fixtures to print specification.
  • create programs from dfx. Files, SolidWorks, AutoCad, and/or manually to produce die components, etc, on EDM machines
  • Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting tasks on EDM machines.
  • Convert igs. Files etc. To dfx files as required to create programs for EDM machines.
  • Use hole popper to create start holes in die blocks
