Axiom Staffing is seeking a qualified Fresh Food Quality Assurance Manager in Hanover, PA.

Primary Responsibilities include:

• Assure consistent product Safety and Quality by developing, implementing and verifying manufacturing practices and procedures that comply with stated corporate mission and strategic plan, corporate policies, and customer product specifications.
• Additionally, to effectively manage all assigned personnel.

Bachelors Degree Preferred, but not required in relevant area of study

• Food Science, Bacteriology, Chemical Engineering, Statistics, Horticulture, Dairy Science
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience preferred
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
• A proven problem solver
• Experience in the development and execution of strategic plans
• Drive continuous improvement
• Has the ability to develop and implement HACCP programs and all associated pre requisite programs
