SpiriTrust Lutheran is hiring a FT Evening Household Coordinator

The Household Coordinator is responsible for the oversight of an Assisted Living household and feels passionate about entertaining and creating an atmosphere to bring quality of life to all residents. The Household Coordinator embodies the essence of home for all household residents and team members to support person-centered care.

Your Experience Includes

  1. A high school diploma or equivalent required
  2. Current CPR/AED certification (or obtaining certification within 30 days of hire)
  3. A minimum of one year experience in a related position normally required
  4. Knowledge of State and Federal regulations, including Assisted Living regulations preferred
  5. Demonstrated communication and decision-making skills
  6. Demonstrated ability to multi-task

Supporting Our Values through Action

  • Interacts with internal and external clients in a way that demonstrates SpiriTrust Lutheran’s commitment to courtesy, service, and hospitality

Household Oversight

  • Oversees household functioning and supports delivery of quality of life to all residents
  • With support from dining services, performs cooking and baking duties to provide daily meals to residents
  • Assists with light housekeeping duties; tidying up common areas
  • Assists Household Director to achieve household budget
  • Facilitates transportation needs for the household
  • Supports and participates in providing life enrichment to residents
  • Assist residents with occasional activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living
