The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of PA. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will be responsible for the implementation and documentation of the nursing care provided to Residents. Will directly supervise the work of the Nursing Staff. Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN’s) will assist in Training, Supervision, and Evaluation of Nursing Staff on their assigned Unit and Shift. Will administer Medications to Residents and perform Treatments as directed. Additional responsibilities may be assigned to the Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN’s) as needed.
