Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome visitors and direct them to the relevant office/personnel.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
- Perform/Assist in HR duties, including payroll, insurance, employee hiring, and termination records.
- Preparing and or assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including simple bookkeeping and banking tasks.
- Carrying out clerical duties such as answering general business phone calls, responding to emails, opening and sorting mail and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, etc.
- Maintaining general office files, job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
- Manage and pay company liabilities such as insurances, utilities, project, and vehicle expenses.
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
General Requirements & Skills
SKILLS
- Excellent leadership, time management and organizational skills.
- High-level knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office. ConnectWise CRM software, a plus.
- Deliver best-in-class customer experience and represent TeleCom Business Solutions in a professional and courteous manner to all customers.
- Outstanding abilities to communicate in person, in writing and over the phone.
- Familiarity with common procedures and basic account principles used office administration.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.

EDUCATION LEVEL
- High School or Equivalent.
- 2 to 4 years related experience, suggested.
