Powder Coater

Hours: 1st shift Mon-Thurs 4; 10-hour shifts 5a-3:30p

Dress code: Jeans, t-shirt, steel toed shoes, NO jewelry, nothing with holes, rips, tears or with profanity on it or offensive

Length of assignment:  Evaluation hire depending on job performance, attitude, and attendance

Essentials Functions of the Job:

1. Read paperwork from hangers to determine work.
2. Use Control Panel to start job.
3. Set up Auto guns.
4. Use Control Panel to change colors.
5. Spray powder onto parts.
6. Tear down and clean up between color changes.

Essential Job Requirements (Background/Skill/Training):

1. Ability to lift (up to 50 lbs).
2. Ability to bend and hold auto paint gun in place.
3. Ability to read in English and follow directions.
4. Knowledge of powder coating line.
