Your Experience Includes
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current unencumbered LPN license
- Current CPR/AED certification (or obtaining certification within 30 days of hire)
- A minimum of one year experience in a related position normally required
- Knowledge of State and Federal regulations, including Assisted Living regulations
- Proficient assessment and organizational skills
- Demonstrated communication and decision-making skills

Clinical Oversight and Administration
- Oversees internal and external health related services and administers appropriate health care of residents in accordance with the Assessment and Support Plan
- Facilitates communication and documentation related to resident health care
- Supports, cooperates with and participates in the adherence to all SpiriTrust Lutheran standards, procedures and practices in support of risk management, compliance with regulatory requirements, and overall safety
Management Responsibilities
- Oversees and manages Resident Care Partners, supporting the development and maintenance of a strong health services program
- Provides guidance, support and encouragement to the care team with a focus on vision and purpose
- Establishes an environment that promotes dignity and respect for residents and team members
- Facilitates communication among the care team, supporting information sharing and problem-solving
