• Full-time position working 5-10 hours on Friday, 15 hours on Saturday, and 15 hours on Sunday
• $16.00/hr to start; $.50/hr additional for 5+ years of experience, or $1.00/hr additional for 10+ years of experience in an applicable field
• Additional compensation can be earned based on introductory period evaluation after six months of employment, and upon completion of program specific training
• Provide ongoing direct care of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. This includes all aspects of personal care and safety
• Responsible to promote and support meaningful lifestyles of each individual
• Transport and accompany individuals to appointments; follow up as necessary
