• On-call position, must work at least 60 hours per quarter, includes early mornings, evenings, weekends with flexibility to make your own schedule
• $13.75/hr to start; $.50/hr additional for 5+ years of experience, or $1.00/hr additional for 10+ years of experience in an applicable field
• Additional compensation can be earned based on introductory period evaluation after six months of employment, and upon completion of program specific training
• Provide ongoing direct care of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. This includes all aspects of personal care, safety, medication administration, and other duties as assigned
• Responsible to promote and support meaningful lifestyles of each individual.
