Description
- $1,000.00 Sign-on Bonus for applicants hired between 5/19/22 and 7/11/2022. Paid upon completion of 90 days of employment
- Full-time position assisting Property Manager with the care of 21 residential homes for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (no direct care of individuals)
- Starts at $19.50/hr; an additional $0.75/hr upon successful completion of the 90-day introductory period

General Requirements & Skills
- Qualified candidates should have painting & drywall repair experience primarily; secondary skills should include basic plumbing, basic electrical repairs, carpentry, preventive maintenance, & landscaping
- Includes year-round outdoor maintenance, including yard work & snow removal
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds, regularly and repeatedly
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of good driving experience with your license, and must meet our driver eligibility criteria
