Description
Sell, design, install office furniture as needed Receive, check in Purchase Orders, sort and check orders for delivery, Notify customers of receipt of furniture. Schedule deliveries, Sort and Maintain Purchase Orders and invoices. Requisition Parts through Office Manager Assist Shop Lead Pick sold furniture already in building All aspects of delivery and it's functionality Assist Shop Lead to locate and arrange furniture for efficient, ascetic value to customers Requisition tools and materials for your duties Keep Vehicles in repair and working order Report to Shop Lead for whatever assistance Shop Lead needs Interface with sales and office personnel for arrival of product for delivery. Move waste and recycling to curb at designated times Responsible for all aspects of getting product to customer location in good shape and efficiently. In particular responsibilities include being as efficient as possible with assets including time, fuel, tools, human personnel, vehicles and other as needed. No employee is to smoke in a company vehicle or inside a company building. Use of illegal drugs is highly discouraged on the job or off. Use of prescription drugs which may impair ability to operate vehicle or tools must be reported to office. Employee is responsible for arriving at work on time, in condition to work. All personal time off must be arranged in writing 1 week prior to date of time needed. Help to paint and repair furniture Paint, Repair, build internal facility with assistance from Delivery lead, Operations Manager and owner to Owner's specs. THIS IS A PERMANENT FULL TIME POSITION WITH OPPORTUNITY LEADING TO BUSINESS OWNERSHIP.
