The Manufacturers’ Association’s Talent & Innovation Defense Ecosystem (TIDE) is launching a new 120-hour Basic Welder Training Program to help build the skilled workforce needed for the defense sector. This program provides hands-on, skill-focused training designed to prepare your workforce for the demands of modern defense manufacturing.

Participants in this entry-level welding course will gain essential, in-demand skills, including:

Basics in SMAW, MIG, TIG, and Flux Core welding

Welding safety protocols

Proper equipment setup and usage
This program directly supports the U.S. Maritime and Defense Industrial Bases through The Manufacturers’ Association’s TIDE Project, cultivating highly capable, innovation-driven talent for regional defense manufacturers.
