We were joined yesterday at the York Hiring Fair by over 350 job seekers who connected with dozens of employers! Job seekers in attendance were given a program which detailed employers that will hire candidates with criminal histories on a case-by-case basis, employers who can hire and onboard candidates who speak Spanish, and employers who offer internship/employment opportunities for high school students or Veterans. Interpreter services were available in Spanish and Haitian Creole.
