SpiriTrust Lutheran is now hiring a Full Time Day Building and Grounds Technician (Maintenance) at The Village at Kelly Drive.

7:30am-3:30pm - every other weekend and every other holiday off.

Required:

• A high school diploma or equivalent normally required;
• Must satisfactorily complete first aid, AED, and CPR training within 30 days
• Valid driver’s license

Experience: A minimum of one (1) year's experience in related positions normally required.

General Responsibilities:

• Performs minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Repairs walls, ceilings, floors, etc. as directed.
• Performs regular preventative maintenance.
• Handles shipping and receiving of various materials.

• Mows and trims lawn areas, trims shrubbery, weeds, and adds mulch to flower beds.
