CUSTODIAN

Keystone Kidspace is a dynamic creative educational environment for children and families throughout Central PA.  This position will be responsible for the overall maintenance and daily upkeep of the Keystone Kidspace facility. 

Responsibilities will include: 

• Keeping the facility clean and in working condition to facilitate the visitor experience
• Oversee and implement preventative/scheduled routine maintenance
• Manage facilities-related emergencies
• Identify and complete special projects (i.e. simple repairs and building projects)
• Schedule and supervise subcontractors for repairs/maintenance/special projects, as needed
• “Exhibit” maintenance
• Landscaping maintenance, snow removal and other work related to exterior of facility
• Support facilities-related needs for Keystone Kidspace events and outside rentals
