Description
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week, schedule varies
- $17.50/hr, with an increase of $.75/hr upon successful completion of the 90-day introductory period
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred, Receive ACRE or CESP certification within 60 days of hire
- Support people with disabilities as they enter the workforce, working with them to maintain competitive integrated employment, learn job tasks and adjust to their new role
- Gauge challenges and develop strategies to overcome
- Facilitate trainings for tasks specific to the individual’s job
- Collaborate and liaise with employers to provide a positive work environment
- Be an advocate; maintain accurate and thorough documentation
General Requirements & Skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of good driving experience with your license, and must meet our driver eligibility criteria
- Basic computer skills required
