• $1,500 Sign-on Bonus, $750 paid upon successful completion of the 90-day introductory period and then $750 paid after 6 months; must be hired before 10/30/2023.  Former staff must be separated for at least 6 months to be eligible for the sign on bonus.
• The Director of People & Culture oversees the planning, leading, development and implementation of HR programs that align with the organization’s goals and vision.
• Collaborates with executive committee members to support the organization’s goals and strategy.
• As a Director, you are responsible for cultivating an inclusive workplace culture, improving team member retention, and building support structures that allow Shadowfax staff to thrive.

• Minimum Required Education:  Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum Required Experience:  5 years managing a Human Resources Department
• Preferred Certification:  SHRM-CP or PHR certification
