New Hope Ministries, a respected Christian social service agency, is seeking a caring and professional individual to manage our York County self sufficiency and employment programs, which offer supportive programming for families in poverty. This is a full-time, exempt, salaried position, with an annual salary of $46,000 and a generous package of paid time off and other employment benefits.

Duties include oversite of job training, soft skills instruction, financial literacy and other self-sufficiency training; job coaching and employment support; individual casework, and collaborative interaction with a team of staff, volunteers, and external service providers to support families and community achieve stability. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, social work and interpersonal skills, will possess at least a bachelor’s degree in a human service related field, and have a desire to share the love of Christ by helping our neighbors in times of need.
