The Shadowfax Corporation is a private, non-profit human services agency that supports individuals with disabilities. • • $1,500 Sign-on Bonus, $750 paid upon successful completion of the 90-day introductory period and then $750 paid after 6 months; must be hired before 10/30/2023.  Former staff must be separated for at least 6 months to be eligible for the sign on bonus

  • The Financial Controller upholds the financial integrity of the corporation, maintains confidentiality, and complies with the financial department’s internal controls and compliance risk management systems.
  • Some of the job duties will include:
    • Management of General Ledger
    • Responsible for budgetary issues
    • Internal control and compliance checks for accuracy
    • Responsible for budgetary issues
    • Report financial status for monthly statements
    • Acting as a liaison with families, providers, etc.
    • Assist the accountants with the annual audit
    • Management of Finance for staff members

   

• Minimum Required Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
  • Preferred Master’s degree

• Non-profit experience is required
