The Shadowfax Corporation is a private, non-profit human services agency that supports individuals with disabilities. • $1,000.00 Sign-on Bonus for applicants hired between 12/16/22 and 5/30/2023. Paid upon completion of 90 days of employment
• Full-time, salaried exempt position
• $1,160/week;  an additional $30/week upon successful completion of the 90-day introductory period
• Community based medical oversight and staff education
• Essential functions include:
  • Completing Quarterly Medical History Reviews
  • Attending staff and individual support plan meetings
  • Attending hospital/rehab discharge meetings
  • Providing staff training and education
  • Must be available for phone consultations outside of normal business hours
  • Ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of individuals with a primary diagnosis of MH/IDD

• Must be licensed as a practical nurse in the State of Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 3 years post-licensure experience required
• Basic computer skills
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of good driving experience with your license, and must meet our driver eligibility criteria
