We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for someone who excels at overseeing the planning, permitting, design, and execution of civil engineering projects from inception to completion. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within budget, on time, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects, including site development, infrastructure design, and construction projects
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and contractors, ensuring effective collaboration and communication to achieve project milestones
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, considering the client’s requirements and objectives
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Conduct regular project meetings, providing clear updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and recommended actions for the timely resolution of any issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer licensed in the state of Pennsylvania preferred
• Municipal project management experience
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and meet project deadlines
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
