Our sister company, Commonwealth Trailer Parts, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join the team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Maintain existing customers and their records

· Generate new leads

· Meet or exceed sales goals

· Research parts on vendor sites

· Maintain daily call reports for weekly submittal

· Research and create promotions and marketing material (within company guidelines)

· Utilize software to prepare and submit sales orders for customers

· Initiate new customer credit accounts

· Identify new products to sell

· Obtain payments from customers and follow up on Accounts Receivable

· Utilize software to check inventory

· Answer customer questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability

· Represent the company in a personable and professional manner

· Maintain sales vehicle

· Clean as needed

Physical Requirements:

· Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

· Frequently operate a motor vehicle

· Frequently operate a computer and other office machinery, such as calculator, copy machine and printer

· Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone and in person

· Occasionally exposed to outside elements/conditions

· Occasionally climb, lift, carry, stoop, bend, kneel and reach
