Description
We are seeking a responsible and trustworthy Office Clerk in York, PA!
The Office Clerk will provide exceptional office support by typing, filing, answering phones and scanning documents.
The Office Clerk will perform the following duties:
- Answer phones and greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Filing documents in alphabetical order
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Accurately typing data into MS Excel spreadsheets
Hours: M-F 8am-4:30pm
General Requirements & Skills
The Office Clerk must meet the following requirements:
- 1+ years of professional office experience
- Knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to type 40+ words per minute
- HS Diploma
- Willingness to submit to a criminal background check
