Description
- $1,000.00 Sign-on Bonus! Must apply on or after 2/2/2022, and must be hired on or before 3/28/2022. $500 paid upon completion of 90 days of employment, $250 paid upon completion of 6 months of employment, and $250 paid upon completion of 9 months of employment.

- Full-time position, Mon-Fri, may include some evening hours
- $18.75/hr to start
- Additional compensation can be earned based on introductory period evaluation after 90 days of employment
- 1 year of experience as a supervisor or manager is preferred
Job responsibilities include:
- Scheduling for their program, and on-call rotation
- Assists and advises fellow staff on residential issues, including support & training.
- Transport and accompany individuals to appointments; follow up as necessary
- Provide ongoing direct care of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. This includes all aspects of personal care and safety
- Responsible to promote and support meaningful lifestyles of each individual.
- Basic computer skills required
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of good driving experience with your license, and must meet our driver eligibility criteria (listed on the application)
- Direct deposit must be established within 90 days of hire date as a condition of continued employment
General Requirements & Skills
Education requirements
- A Master’s degree or above from an accredited college or university and 1 year’s work experience working directly with persons with an intellectual disability and/or autism; OR
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years work experience working directly with persons with an intellectual disability and/or autism; OR
- An Associate’s degree, or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university, and 4 years work experience working directly with persons with an intellectual disability and/or autism; OR
- A high school diploma or General Education Development Certificate and 3 years work experience working directly with persons with an intellectual disability and/or autism
